Nicola has 23 years of digital experience focused on retail and transformation. A change leader, both in business and the wider retail industry, she is an advocate for increasing diversity and representation, developing great leaders, and using technology to solve human problems.

Rumeysa Kadak

Member of Parliament, Social Entrepreneur
Turkey

Social Entrepreneur, Member of Parliament, and one of two women in Parliament's Administrative Board. Rumeysa founded six organisations and leads 5000 volunteers to create social impact. She studied her Bachelor’s in teaching and politics, and her Master’s in global diplomacy at SOAS, University of London.

She spent twenty years in the public sector delivering innovative and transformative solutions to complex and previously intractable problems. She recently joined Babcock International to lead their Group Transformation.

United States

Allison has spent the past five years as a senior leader at a mission driven clinical data company where she has focused on legal compliance. As an advocate for gender parity, she is honoured to be a Forté Fellow and to be studying at Oxford, a historic University which is helping to shape the future.

Lisa Chung

Lisa heads up the Strategy and Planning team for International eCommerce at M&S. Previously, Lisa has worked globally across three markets in both consulting and accounting roles in the financial services sector. Championing diversity in the workplace, she has chaired several gender networks.

Allison Stuckless

United States

Allison manages Essentia Analytics' largest clients in Europe, US, and Asia. Prior to Essentia, she spent 11 years at J.P. Morgan as a private banker covering Mexico. In her spare time, Allison is a stand-up comedian. She looks forward to Oxford's outstanding curriculum.

Selai Mangal

Afghanistan

Selai is the CEO of an Afghan Think-Tank, BAHAM. She is the Managing Director of CELEI, an initiative she established to support Afghan women in the handicrafts sector. She is also the Founder of Adam Foundation, which provides educational support to vulnerable children across Afghanistan.

Ijeoma Miriam Nwakuche

Founder of Purple Orchid Projects, a free coaching and mentorship organisation, equipping young female professionals to attain the best versions of themselves. With origins in Nigeria and ambitions for global impact, she joins the cohort hoping to accelerate this work.

Michelle Darracott

Michelle is a Chief Strategy Officer for global fintech, a qualified actuary and a non-executive director for the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Smart Pension is a global leader in retirement technology. Michelle holds a first class degree in Economics and Business Economics. 

Julieta Serna

Argentina

Julieta has been active in the pharmaceutical and private equity industries for over ten years. She was part of the executive leadership team that created one of the largest Latin American speciality care pharma platforms and led the company strategy, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and an IPO.
