Our Egrove Park site is a residential business meeting venue in a parkland setting, only two miles from Oxford City Centre. The venue supports a wide range of business meetings, from boardroom discussions to residential conferences.
The 37 acres of grounds are perfect for team building exercises and outdoor summer events such as wine tasting and BBQs, or just for a relaxing walk in the grounds. Other leisure facilities include an all-weather sports surface, croquet lawn, snooker room, and gym.
Our conference facilities can support from 18 to 108 delegates while our private dining options are available from 20 to 110 guests.
We have ample free parking on-site.
The lecture theatre has seating for up to 110 delegates with a comprehensive range of technical and audio-visual facilities.

This self-contained annexe has 12 bedrooms and is ideal for small groups who enjoy exclusivity. It contains the James Clement Room, which can seat up to 25 delegates, as well as the James Clement seminar room and syndicate room, which can be used as break-out rooms. There is also a lounge area for refreshments.
The room can seat up to 110 guests. The courtyard can be used exclusively for pre or post dinner drinks and summer outdoor functions such as BBQs and team building days.
A small private dining room ideal for intimate dinners for up to 30 guests.
Overall we had an excellent experience at Said Business School for our event. In particular, the service provided by Bryony Marshall-Falland was exceptional and I very much hope to work with the venue again in the near future.
