Our award-winning Park End Street site offers a stunning venue for any conference, event or function, with a wide variety of facilities and is located in the heart of Oxford city centre, next to the train station.

The beautifully landscaped grounds are suited to seasonal networking events such as BBQs, wine tasting, and team building activities. Marquees can be erected in the courtyard area.

This venue offers a wide variety of conference, meeting and exhibition facilities across two, purpose built modern buildings - the East Wing and the Thatcher Business Education Centre - all finished and furnished to the highest of standards.

Whether you are simply looking for a meeting room or wish to arrange a large event for up to 1,000 delegates, our conference team will make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

East Wing

The East Wing of our Park End Street venue offers a wide range of high quality indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, including lecture theatres, an amphitheatre and the UK's first virtual meeting space, the Oxford HIVE.

A flexible space for registration, catering, networking events, drinks reception and exhibitions. It can accommodate up to 10 exhibitors (1.5 metres per stand).

Nelson Mandela Lecture Theatre

Seats 317 delegates in tiered rows with fixed seating and desks facing a raised stage.

Harvard-style lecture theatres

Two 120-seat theatres
Two 80-seat theatres
All with fixed seating and desks in a horseshoe shape.

Seminar rooms

A mixture of small, medium and large rooms. The larger rooms can be used as dining spaces for cold buffets or drinks receptions.

Amphitheatre

A 400-seat stunning outdoor theatre.

Garden Room

Dining for sixty delegates with views of the garden.

The Oxford HIVE

Simultaneously connecting up to 84 delegates from across the globe in a cutting-edge virtual meeting space named The Oxford Hive for International Virtual Education.

The Thatcher Business Education Centre is based at our Park End Street venue, and features Harvard style lecture theatres, a wide range of classrooms and seminar rooms, and three dining rooms that overlook stunning views of Oxford.
