Seven new colleagues have pushed the number of faculty members at Oxford Saïd to 85, with more recruitment expected in the first half of next year.
It is the first time the School's faculty has broken 80 members. Benn Lawson, Eric Zhao, Ivona Hideg, Kejia Hu, Niels Johannesen, Rehema Msulwa and Shumiao Quyang joined in Michaelmas term. Their diverse areas of interest and research include gender equity, AI, supply chains, entrepreneurship, fintech, major programmes and economic policy.
Welcoming our new members, Deputy Dean for Faculty and Research, L’Oreal Professor of Marketing, Andrew Stephen, said: ‘We are proud and delighted to welcome new faculty to Oxford Saïd. Their expertise will support and help us expand our School and University community. We look forward to our collaboration, sharing their experience, and enriching our community to better meet the challenges of today and the future.’
