Sarah Chesser has worked for more than 25 years in professional services recruitment and careers advisory roles, spanning both the search and agency side as well as in-house graduate, MBA and lateral hiring.

She managed European recruitment for a strategy consulting firm and spent eight years in investment banking at Barclays Capital, managing the global recruitment of undergraduates, masters', PhD and MBA students from all major US and European business and undergraduate schools, as well as lateral hiring. Sarah also worked at London Business School for four years, both recruiting for the full-time MBA as well as running the Corporate Partnership Programme.

Since her role in investment banking, Sarah has worked as a freelance careers advisor and coach across several leading business schools and universities. She also owns and runs a graduate recruitment outsourcing company, supporting clients with their graduate recruitment strategies.
