Profile

Sara has over 25 years' experience of working as a director and experienced practitioner in a cross section of global businesses. 

Before setting up her own company, Navigating Choices, her career included senior Executive roles in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Consultancy and Change Management; designing and delivering everything from first line supervisor training to working with Executive teams on team performance, from coaching CEOs to giving feedback to Boards.

Sara has implemented major change projects, sat as an Executive Director responsible for the business and implemented culture change in various businesses. This background gives her incredible depth and breadth of understanding of how people can work together, in organisations, to bring about change, be that organisational, team or individual.

As a Master EMCC practitioner executive coach with over 20 years’ experience, Sara has worked and helped individuals in career transitions, senior leaders to meet the challenges of their roles, and executives leading teams.

Sara holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Business School, a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has Level A and B (intermediate) accreditation with the British Psychological Society and is qualified to use a variety of psychometric instruments including: NEO, WAVE, 16PF, MBTI, TMI, Hogan/HDI.

Teaching

Sara is a highly experienced programme director and tutor. She worked at Oxford Saïd for five years before running her own business and becoming an Associate Fellow.

Executive Education custom clients include major global pharmaceuticals, banking, oil and gas transportation, defence and professional service firms.
