Profile

At the School, Sally works with client organisations to ensure leaders and executives benefit from programmes that deliver results.

Sally has been working as a programme director and designer, coach, tutor and facilitator for over 25 years with experience across industries such as professional and financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and education as well as several government departments and agencies.

As a programme director she designs and delivers Leadership and Organisation Development initiatives to support organisational and cultural change as well as executive growth and development for many organisations.

As a facilitator Sally works with senior leaders and leadership teams across a variety of organisations and industries – including pharma, insurance, academia, engineering, construction, retail and utilities. She enjoys working with multi-cultural teams in complex organisations often within highly regulated industries on topics including policy, strategy, building effective teams and stakeholder engagement.

Sally coaches leaders in positions of significant responsibility, and currently has ongoing team coaching relationships with a number of senior leadership teams from academia, government and industry including pharma, retail, insurance and construction industries.

As a development designer Sally specialises in creating innovate interventions to enable leaders to step up into Enterprise thinking and to expand their strategic awareness and decision-making capability. She is courageous and culturally sensitive when working with top executive teams who view her interventions as challenging and effective.

She brings significant business experience from her time at Marks and Spencer, management consulting and latterly her twenty years at GSK where she was VP Leadership and Organisation Development.
