Roger’s career in investment banking spanned 27 years in the capital markets business, concluding as Managing Director of the Management Committee which oversaw fixed income instruments, currencies and commodities at Lehman Brothers in 2000.
Additionally, he was Head of Campus Recruitment for all business areas across Europe, hiring some 300 heads in his final year from major universities and business schools worldwide.
Roger now runs his own consulting practice, covering all sectors of the financial services industry, offering a fully comprehensive career coaching service from postgraduate to senior executive level. This includes career path determination and validation, the selection process (from application to final-round interview), offer and salary negotiation, integration advice and long-term career planning. His clients include London Business School, Saïd Business School and the Cambridge Judge Business School.
He has also acted as team coach on ‘action learning’ projects for major financial institutions in the City.
