Olajumoke (Jummy) Okoya

She is a qualified positive psychologist who uniquely integrates positive psychology interventions with HR tools to support flourishing organisations and thriving employees.

She brings a wealth of experience of delivering strategic EDI projects, developing and leading executive programmes. She is at the forefront of promoting inclusion and gender equity at AstraZeneca as she codeveloped and facilitates one of the largest leadership development programmes for women and championing more women into senior leadership.

She brings a unique combination of knowledge and experience of formerly leading an MBA programme to her role as the lead EDI consultant for Cambridge Judge Business School and a leadership coach at London Business School.

As a member of the Chartered Association of Business School’s Race Equity Action Group and a board member of the Chartered Management Institute women, she contributes to government policy and supports organisations on achieving gender and racial equity.

Jummy holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship, an MSc in Business Information systems and an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a chartered academic member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is an International Coaching Federation Qualified coach (Professional Certified Coach).

She was listed among the top ten diversity allies for education in 2022 and top 50 inspirational black women in the UK in 2019, nominated for excellence in diversity in higher education in 2017 and awarded honorary fellow status by University College London for her contribution to executive education.
