Profile

Lynn Lilley is part of the Oxford Executive Education network. She also works as an independent consultant and principal at Corinna Consulting. As a psychologist, Lynn consults, teaches, coaches and researches on leadership and change.

Her clients have included Allied Irish Bank, Aon, BG Group, Emirates Global Aluminium, CRH plc, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Skanska, the Road and Transport Authority Dubai, Tetrapak, Volvo and Urenco. Lynn’s work has taken her across Europe, Mexico, China, the US and the UAE.

Lynn's projects include: designing and leading a retail leadership programme for a diverse retail group and developing the leadership teams of most of its brands. She has also designed, delivered and project managed a leadership development/culture change process for over 2,000 managers for an international bank, and facilitated executive and senior team workshops for improved performance in change.

Lynn has also led ‘immersive’ experiences for high potentials in a retail organisation, been involved in observing, assessing and coaching boards and directors, especially for those in transition, and facilitated conversations in and for change with client organisations and stakeholders.

A classicist originally, Lynn then took a master's in organisation psychology and she has also held senior roles in manufacturing and retail. Lynn is an accredited coach, Level BPS (British Psychological Society) qualified and she is licensed to use various 360 instruments and psychometrics.
