Since 1998, Jonathan has worked internationally as a consultant, trainer, facilitator, coach and keynote speaker.
He works with CEOs and boards, as well as graduates and first line staff. His clients include Allied Domecq, Aviva, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Cisco, GSK, HSBC, M&S, Stanley Black & Decker, Toyota and 3M.
Jonathan follows a pragmatic individual approach rather than a strict methodology, drawing on experience from his career and appropriate tools, psychometrics, organisational development and training models, as well as techniques from theatre work.
Jonathan has an MA in English Literature (Dundee University) and Post Graduate Certificate in Education (South Bank University). He is a qualified Solicitor (College of Law, London). He is also qualified in MBTI and SDI among other psychometrics. He has worked as a commercial lawyer and taught secondary school English Language, Literature and Drama.
Jonathan is a Senior Programme Director with Olivier Mythodrama, one of the world’s most dynamic and original developers of leadership. OMA combine the use of theatre, archetypal psychology and organisational development to explore leadership issues and develop authentic leaders through the use of Shakespeare’s plays, poetry and myth. Jonathan has led Mythodrama programmes for clients such as Anglo American, AXA, Daimler, Deloitte, Johnson & Johnson, Lafarge Holcim, Mercedes, Microsoft, the UN, Duke University, IESE and INSEAD
