Gary founded the Fabulous Bakin’ Boys and grew it to become the biggest independent brand in cake, employing 120 with sales of £17M. He sold the business a few years ago and since 'retiring,' has mentored and invested in numerous start-ups and SME’s. He recently founded the FAB Accelerator in Oxford to help even more entrepreneurs launch their awesome businesses!
