Deborah Okenla

Deborah Okenla is an entrepreneur, advisor, consultant, public speakers and investor. She is the CEO of YSYS: an organisation providing employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for diverse talent in technology.

She has been named Computer Weekly Rising Women in Tech of 2020, and respectfully, in 2019 and 2018, listed as The UK's Top 100 Black and Minority Ethnic Leaders in Technology by the Financial Times. Deborah sits on the Advisory Board for AND Digital, Coders of Colour, DCMS Digital Council and No.10 Innovation Fellowship Programme.

Outside of her roles, Deborah enjoys mentoring fellow community organisers and sharing advice for first-time CEO's through her newsletter FSuite.
