David Fogel

Previously, David was Deputy Director at Wayra UK – Telefonica's (O2) global start-up accelerator and, before that, David was based in Germany and worked as a M&A and innovation strategy manager, leading projects across the world for start-ups, technology and media companies. Prior to that, David was based in Spain and worked as an associate at a European early stage VC and at a start-up accelerator.  

David has also co-founded a software development department which focused on bringing fast and innovative solutions to the financial and telecom industries.

David Holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from IE Business School. He has worked with more than 450 start-ups across the world, helping them develop their ideas and products into full-grown businesses.
