Dan Snape

Dan oversees the School’s budget and financial performance. He is responsible for all the finance functions at the School.

Before joining Saïd Business School, Dan led the finance function of the newly created Blavatnik School of Government, taking on the broader role of Director of Finance and Resources in 2017. He developed and implemented a successful long-term finance plan for the Blavatnik School, supporting the growth of its research to become one of the largest research portfolios in the University’s Social Sciences Division.

Dan developed strong relationships with key donor representatives, as well as managing endowment growth, having previously spent ten years working in the private sector.

Dan also played a leading role in the development of the Blavatnik School’s online programmes.

Within the wider University of Oxford, Dan is a trustee of the University’s pension fund OSPS.
