Amy Bourbeau

Amy is the co-founder and Chief Impact Officer at Seismic, a sustainability consultancy that helps businesses to be a force for good through the frameworks of B Corp and Net-Zero. 

Amy is driven by the belief that business holds an innate responsibility to not only minimise its negative impact on society and the world but to endeavour to create a positive one. She has dedicated her career to helping companies to do this through the B Corp framework, which she finds to be the most powerful tool available to help organisations to measure, manage and improve their social and environmental impact.

Amy started working as the UK’s first B Corp Consultant in 2015, and has been committed to helping the community to grow since then. She also works closely with B Lab, the non-profit which runs the B Corp movement, and along with them co-created and delivers the B Leaders training programme, which trains other consultants in how to support companies in this way. 

Amy and the growing international team at Seismic have supported hundreds of organisations on their sustainability journeys, with clients including innocent drinks, Avon, Sipsmith, Seedlip, Degroof Petercam, Gousto, Lily’s Kitchen, Chiesi Pharmaceuticals, Piper Private Equity, and PZ Cussons. Seismic's vision is to have helped 10,000,000 people to work for a positive business by their fifth birthday.
