Alison Maxwell is a skilled Organisation Development specialist and Executive Coach with a reputation for bringing pragmatism and perceptiveness to her work with clients.

Alison works as a programme director, tutor, and facilitator on (global) leadership development programmes, blending academic insight with experiential learning.

Alison has been an Executive Coach for over 20 years with over 3500 professional hours working with clients. Typical coaching clients are high functioning individuals who come to coaching either to address an issue or to explore their potential to lead. Alison is also experienced coach supervisor, offering coaching supervision to both new and experienced coaches.

Alison has 35 years+ organisational experience, working in senior Organisation Development and change management roles. Her global client base is drawn from diverse sectors including engineering, pharmaceuticals, automotive and aerospace, retail, food, manufacturing, public sector and government, banking and financial services.

Alison holds an MA in Coaching & Mentoring with distinction as well as post-graduate qualification in Coaching Supervision. She is an Accredited Master Executive Coach and coaching supervisor. She is qualified to use a wide range of psychometrics and personality assessments and holds the BPS Test User Ability and Personality qualification. She is also an accredited Gallup StrengthsFinder coach and holds a practitioner certificate in systemic coaching and facilitation.

Alison has recently completed her doctorate, researching the use of feedback in the development of leaders. She is published on the topics of developmental feedback for leaders, working with self-esteem issues in coaching, boundary issues in coaching and supervision for internal coaches.
