If we really want to have a society, an economy which thrives, we need to get the women on board.

She is the founder and chair of a number of awards recognising influential women, including the annual Women of the Future Awards and the Asian Women of Achievement Awards. And in 2015 she was awarded a CBE for services to women in business. 

In her conversation with Andrew she shares her insights into leadership - including why kindness is critical to business success and how to meaningfully improve diversity in an organisation.
