Meg Lustman has had a long and distinguished career as one of the longest-serving CEOs and Directors in UK retail history. Her CV reads like a who's who of the UK's high street, including roles at John Lewis, Coast, Karen Millen and Oasis where she has seen the British high street radically transform. Lustman is now starting a new stage in her career as an executive advisor and in this episode she discusses her life as CEO of Hobbs – one of the UK's best-known fashion retailers – and the dramatic changes she witnessed at the very top of her industry.
