- The global real estate market's going through a period of huge challenge and also of huge opportunity. So the the Oxford Real Estate Programme is really about real estate investment and real estate strategy, but it also touches on innovation, entrepreneurship and doing the right thing. The ideal candidate for the Oxford Real Estate Programme I think falls into one of three categories, leaders in the real estate industry or aspiring leaders in the real estate industry who are looking for a career jump. Secondly, it's professionals who find themselves in the real estate industry for the first time. CTOs, legal counsels, CFOs, people who are newly entered into leading property companies. And thirdly, it's landowners, it's family offices, it's people who have found themselves running a property portfolio without real estate training. And all of those groups of people mingle successfully in this programme. What you'll take away from this programme is unique research-based materials grounded in global best practise. You'll develop a unique network of other professionals that you'll meet in the classroom. And this is an opportunity to take stock, to reset, to invest in yourself and it'll be a truly life-changing experience. - It's amazing to have so many people in different fields coming and speaking. I think the economists who came and spoke really blew me away. It's been really invigorating. It's fantastic to hear about different things people are doing in different parts of the world and in different sectors. It makes you more excited about your sector. It's given me some great ideas and just a different perspective on our industry. - I think Andrew Baum is an excellent teacher. He explains it well and he has a great perspective as a teacher and as a entrepreneur. - Program's been great. I think beyond just the speakers and the curriculum what's been really amazing is connecting with people from the industry all over the world. So I think that's been very relevant for me and hopefully I can keep in touch with a lot of the other participants and we'll see where it goes. - What really appealed to me about this course was the in-class lectures. I think a lot of similar short courses are all online and just the experience of being back in the classroom is very appealing. Meeting people, networking. Highly worthwhile I'd say, it's highly worthwhile. At the right stage in your career it's highly worthwhile doing this and I'd recommend it.
