CDL is about excellence, ambition and community. Intense, dynamic fun, acceleration, growth, constructive, creative, connected. Everything is possible. So if you believe you can do it then you should try it. You can't help but learn and be inspired every single day. Everyone is here to create businesses that are going to make real impact and I think it's a very strong, very powerful thing. The Creative Destruction Lab is unusual because we can link the amazing work that is happening in academia with the power of the business world that can actually scale and implement new solutions for the founders to have a chance to speak to experienced business leaders experienced. Founders investors. It gives them the recipe to actually turn our business idea into something that really could be very, very successful. I think it's really fascinating. We come from a tech and research background and the CDL program connected us to people that really helped us to understand a business sense, understand our industries much better and also understand the applicability of our technology. Better mentoring has a fabulous mutual benefit from a purely selfish perspective. I get to work with some amazing new technologies, startup entrepreneurs. Some people at a later stage in their career who have enormous skills that bring to mind and experience some of the greatest academic brains. But we're really fortunate to have an incredible calibre of mentors. In our programme. It makes an absolute difference. I think it is what really differentiates CDL. The mentors benefit because for them it creates a peer group and a chance to give back our corporate partners benefit because they get an idea of what works and what doesn't work in this complex world of innovation. The student program is really unique in that it allows all of us to see and learn outside of the classroom. That provides incredible exposure to early stage ventures to investing to innovation at large. I love the fact today that we would join in our sessions by people in their last couple of years at school. How wonderful is that? And they slot in so well with the business students here at Riverside Business School to the Alphas definitely had the really positive impact on qadim both through. All the introductions to experts in the sector, as well as the advice that we've got. I'm really delighted to be part of this Community funding innovation, and honestly, I love it. The mentors helped us a lot with their very critical but found questions. I love that they are founders ex founders, entrepreneurs themselves. They really understand what it means to be a founder and all of the difficulties and the joys that come with it. It was an outstanding experience here. CDL has incredible value in terms of bringing together an ecosystem that can just do something so much more powerful as a collective than it can. Independently, I feel inspired. Just seeing the advice and the warmth that some of the mentors bring. They really at the end of the day, care so much. I feel as though I'm now part of a completely new network of wonderfully impressive people. It's got an amazing atmosphere. Obviously you're bringing together people of very different skills. Does a collective. It is extraordinary. I think it is really important for mentors to be giving as much time as they can to those innovative, courageous new entrepreneurs who are wanting to make a real difference for people. And I, I I feel very strongly about that.
