Hello my name is Dr Andrew White and  I'm the programme director of the Advanced Management and Leadership programme here at Saïd  Business school at the University of Oxford. I'd like to talk to you today about the  types of leaders that come on the programme. I think of this in terms of three archetypes  these are three different types of leaders sometimes overlapping but come with different  challenges and different opportunities in front of them. First there's the leader  who's looking to transform their organization. They're looking for a new strategy they're  seeking the purpose of their organization. They're really seeking to understand what their  organization will need to look like over the next three to five years. The second archetype  is the leader who's been very successful, they're also a senior functional leader but now  they're moving or may move in the future into running a business, so they're looking to transform  themselves from being a good functional leader into a good business leader. The final archetype  is leaders who are looking to make a shift. What do I mean by that, they're shifting roles they're  looking to end their time in one organization and move into another or they may already be in  between organizations and are looking to prepare for a new role. What do all these three archetypes  have in common? All of these leaders are looking to develop a mindset skills and understanding of the  direction they need to take in their future. You may find yourself fitting one of these archetypes  it might be all three, no matter the combination you find yourself facing at this stage of your  career our program is focused on helping you through the specific challenges to becoming  the leader that you need to be in the future. So if you think you fall into any of these  categories and you'd like a conversation about how the programme might help you move to the  next stage of your leadership please do reach out to us, we'd love to talk to you explain more about  the programme hear more about your circumstances and help you make a decision as to whether or  not this program is right for you. Thank you
