About the programme
Real estate makes up around 50% of the world's assets and it is crucial to the success of global economies and societies.
In the turbulent global financial markets, an understanding of real estate is vital for senior executives, investors and policy makers worldwide.
During the programme you will:
- review the latest developments, opportunities and risks in real estate investments
- gain an understanding of real estate user and capital markets
- analyse technology, urbanisation, demographics, globalisation and macroeconomic trends
- design a business case for a real estate investment and present it to potential industry funders
Participants will be from real estate companies and REITs, fund and wealth managers, family offices, banks, service providers and insurance/pension funds, endowments and sovereign wealth funds.

Who should apply?
This programme is suitable for senior executives, such as vice presidents, directors, chief financial officers, fund and asset managers, legal professionals and consultants. We welcome participants from real estate companies, REITs, fund and wealth managers, family offices, banks, service providers and insurance/pension funds, endowments and sovereign wealth funds.

Fees
Programme fee includes all tuition, education materials, all daytime refreshments and evening meals.
Accommodation – this is a non-residential programme. We book accommodation for you and will be included in your invoice.
Registrations are confirmed on receipt of full payment of the programme fee, and places are allocated in order of receipt of payment.
Corporate privileges
Take advantage of our corporate partner rate (15%) if three or more people from your organisation take part.
Further benefits for organisations are available when three or more participants attend one of our executive programmes within 12 months.
Visa requirements
Once you have a confirmed place on a programme, we suggest you apply for a visa as soon as possible, as it can take up to 100 days to process.
Saïd Business School can provide a letter to support your visa application if required.
