We are delighted to introduce the 2023-24 fellows.

This year we are delighted to introduce our ROMBA Fellowship recipients at Oxford Saïd. These fellowships are available through a partnership between the School and Reaching Out MBA, a unique global network for LGBTQ+ MBA students.

We also welcome our Forté Fellowships for Women recipients who join us in our twelfth year in partnership with the Forté Foundation

The profiles of our fellows below provide a taster of the work they have undertaken and outline their plans after completing the MBA. 

2023-24 class

Aditi Angiras

Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) LGBTQ+ Fellowship
St Anne's College
India

 

Aditi is a poet and co-editor of The World That Belongs To Us, HarperCollins, 2020. She has nine years of experience in brand strategy, marketing and social impact, working for Fortune 500 clients across industries. Aditi has set a deep intention towards systems change and climate action.

Smriti Agiwal

Forté Fellowships for Women
Kellogg College
India

 

As a management consultant at Deloitte, Smriti has experience advising global clients on complex merger and acquisition deals. She enjoys writing (bad) poetry and practising yoga. Through Oxford, she aspires to become the captain of her own ship and navigate uncharted waters alongside her MBA crew.

Ryan Gill

Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) LGBTQ+ Fellowships

Canada

 

Ryan’s career has been in the Canadian public service managing research funding programmes. He graduated from the University of Ottawa in Biomedical Mechanical Engineering. Ryan looks forward to learning from his diverse peer group at Oxford Saïd and the network of ROMBA Fellows.

Jiayi Sun

A journalist covering global human rights and sustainable business practices. Co-founder of a K-12 school in Houston serving low-income neighbourhoods. An avid advocate for gender equality and women empowerment, Jiayi aspires to explore corporate social responsibility and sustainability in the future.

Lucy Wong

Forté Fellowships for Women

United Kingdom

 

Lucy is a mechanical engineer who has worked in the oil and gas industries for five years, including one year working offshore in the North Sea. She is excited to be part of a diverse cohort and aims to develop her leadership skills to make her mark in the clean tech space.
