Andrew Baum and Paul Kennedy consider real estate investments, specifically related to farmland.

Andrew is Professor of Practice at Saïd Business School and has been for the past 9 years. Outside academic life, he has spent the majority of this time working with institutional real estate investors in developing global property investment strategies.

Paul is Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he focuses on European strategy and portfolio management. He is also an Associate Fellow for Saïd Business School.

Interviewed by Ludovic Phalippou, Professor of Financial Economics at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, this podcast investigates the process of investments, specifically in farmland, and the challenges investors face generally when looking at real estate purchases.
