Having been selected, Aviv said:
‘I’m very excited to be part of this prestigious list. In the start-up world, the competition is fierce, so I am honoured to be listed out of a wealth of other talented individuals.’
His company develops unique AI-based technologies that predict cyber-attacks, manging to create a model which can cover the entirety of an organisation’s network, by analysing as little as 1% of it, something Aviv states is both unique and ground-breaking.
Cynamics was founded in 2019, and raised an impressive USD$7 million in September 2021
Aviv says his interest with technology started from an early age, so much so he even completed his BSc in Applied Math while he was still in high school. He also holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Technion, which he completed at the age of 23, making him the youngest ever faculty at the school.
Despite his achievements, Aviv states his motivation as simple:
‘I’ve always been fascinated by the analytical world and was eager to gain the tools to understand and predict it better. From publishing patents and papers, speaking at conferences and leading high-tech teams, I’m dedicated to solving challenging problems in the areas of machine learning, AI and cybersecurity.
I am driven to equip and empower my team to realize their personal and professional development while delivering results.’
Aviv believes that the Oxford EMBA formed a natural next step in his career journey:
‘The Oxford EMBA has provided me with the once-in-a-lifetime ‘artist workshop’, helping me direct my path and fulfil my aspirations of becoming a global strategic leader.
In keeping with Oxford’s legacy of global exchange of ideas, there is no better place for me than Saïd to enhance my strategic leadership skills and challenge my entrepreneurial thinking. The Oxford alumni network is priceless, and I am confident I will always have an Oxonian door open for cooperation and advice everywhere I go and I will certainly do the same”.
