Oxford Future of Real Estate Initiative

Led by Martin Schmalz, the Oxford Future of Real Estate Initiative was launched in 2018. The initiative investigates the impact of innovation and technology on the global real estate industry. The innovative approach the initiative takes to applied real estate research will create strong, lasting partnerships between academics and industry members.

Oxford Initiative on Rethinking Performance

Led by Amir Amel-Zadeh and launched in 2021, the Oxford Initiative on Rethinking Performance seeks to develop a holistic performance measurement and valuation framework. The aim of the project is to encourage and facilitate sustainable business behaviours that benefit the economy, investors, planet and society.
