Profile

John specialises in supporting the implementation of strategic change and developing leadership capability.

As an Associate Fellow, he has designed, directed and supported many executive education programmes for major clients, including Bank of China, European Patent Office, Oman Aviation Group, Rolls-Royce, Royal Mail Group, SABMiller, Arcadis, BAE Systems, MAN, China Construction Bank, Commerzbank, CNOOC-Nexen and several governments in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

He is passionate about helping people to find creative solutions to tough problems and identifying fresh ways to implement them. He uses a range of approaches, including well-proven psychometric profiling instruments to provide clients with a more informed and deeper understanding of how to develop their personal style to increase their effectiveness as leaders.

Previously, John worked as a manager for the UK’s air traffic service, NATS. A career initially in engineering was followed by a series of strategic corporate roles in investment planning and implementing organisational change.

John has an MBA from Henley (University of Reading), is an Incorporated Engineer (IEng), a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET), a Chartered Manager (CMgr), a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), BPS Levels A&B qualified and a Member of the Association of Coaching (MAC).
