At Saïd Business School, Dr Bryn Davies is Programme Director for the Oxford High Performance Leadership Programme, having previously taught the Personality and Leadership module and coached on the programme since 2016.
Bryn is an expert in the areas of leadership development, personality and performance, interviewing, executive coaching, psychometric assessment and 360 feedback.
In a 25 year consulting career, he has coached CEO’s and senior executives of organisations in the UK, Europe, USA and Middle East, and advised top leadership teams in the strategic deployment and development of their people. A charismatic and thought-provoking speaker, he has presented on various aspects of talent management and business psychology to international audiences in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia Pacific.
Bryn is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School and founder of Redthread Consulting, a firm specialising in the application of business psychology to improve individual, team and organisational performance.
Bryn has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Sheffield. He is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society as well as being a Registered Coaching Psychologist with the BPS.
